What foods are good for you?

Whether you’re concerned about your weight or not, watching the food you eat is important for your health. As we feed our bodies, we give it fuel to work properly. When we put bad fuel in it, we harm it and it works difficulty, we prevent the system balance.

Sadly, not everyone’s priority is their good health state. More and more people are considered as obese and we’re leading to a soon health crisis. Bad foods are always the easiest choice. They’re cheap, they’re delicious, they’re fast and they’re everywhere. Excuses are numerous: we don’t have time, we’re used to those foods, we’re not looking for weight loss, we can’t cook, we don’t like vegetables… We can always find a reason to harm our bodies with bad food. But is it worth it? To wear down our bodies because we don’t like broccoli?
